Practice Areas

Anthony is an associate in the Labor and Employment Litigation groups. He focuses his practice on advising clients with employment issues, wage and hour disputes and non-compete/trade secrets issues.

Anthony earned his J.D. from the University of San Francisco School Of Law in 2007. While a student, Anthony interned at the University of San Francisco School of Law Mediation Clinic. He managed dispute mediations at the Superior Court of San Francisco Small Claims Division in regard to landlord/tenant, small business transactions and neighbor dispute issues. He also represented clients in mediations and hearings before the EEOC and the California Labor Board.

He also worked as a law clerk for an employment law firm conducting research and preparing pleadings and mediation briefs regarding employment discrimination, wage and hour disputes and personal injury matters. In 2005, Anthony worked as a law clerk for a workers’ compensation firm representing clients before the Workers’ Compensation Board, compiling deposition outlines, mediation briefs, and pleading.

In his free time, Anthony enjoys rooting for his alma mater’s football team; as he was a member of the 2002 Pac-10 Championship team which was victorious in the 2003 FedEx Orange Bowl.
