Glenda is a tax attorney with the firm and since tax issues impact all aspects of law, Glenda works closely with all of the firm's practice groups, in particular, Corporate and Estate Planning.

Glenda specializes in tax planning for individuals and businesses. She has expertise experience in the tax issues involved in forming new corporations and other entities, mergers and acquisitions, and compensation planning. Glenda works extensively with the formation and tax planning of tax exempt organizations, as well as issues relating to pension plans.

Glenda represents clients in tax disputes with various tax agencies. She has handled countless income tax audits and appeals with the Internal Revenue Service and Franchise Tax Board, as well as collection matters and offers in compromise. She represents employers in disputes with the Employment Development Department and on appeal to the Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board.

In addition to her legal career, Glenda is actively involved in her community. She has long been involved in youth sports programs in Sacramento, coaching soccer, basketball, and baseball, and serving as River City Metro Soccer Club Manager. She is a mentor at Kennedy High and is a Board Member of the Albert Einstein Residence Center. In her spare time, Glenda enjoys bicycling, music and reading.
