Practice Areas
A member of the firm's litigation group, Leeh has worked on numerous childhood sexual abuse cases, including participating in all aspects of discovery, motion and trial work. Most recently, Leeh was part of the trial team which received a defense verdict, for their client, in a publicized childhood sexual abuse case.
Prior to joining Tobin & Tobin, Leeh’s legal career was enhanced by working as an associate at two different civil litigation firms handling and managing her own personal injury cases, including wrongful death, product liability, premises liability, construction defect and environmental law matters. She continued to gain experience in mediations, depositions, motion work and trial practice. It was during this time that she obtained first chair trial experience and obtained a verdict favorable to her client.
Before and during law school, Leeh worked as a litigation paralegal and a certified law student for the San Diego Public Defender’s Office as part of its high profile and death penalty case unit. She gained valuable experience in interviewing witnesses, conducting investigations, felony arraignment, felony preliminary hearings and suppression motions. Her experience spanned well beyond the preliminary stages of case and into the trial preparation and trial participation of various matters ranging from misdemeanors to death penalty cases.
