Mark is a shareholder in the firm's Corporate and Intellectual Property groups. Mark focuses his practice on securities, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financing and tech licensing for a client base ranging from emerging growth private companies to established publicly traded companies.
Prior to joining the firm in 2007, Mark practiced corporate and securities law for a large west coast regional law firm. In addition, Mark served as general counsel and vice president of operations for two software and hardware companies. Prior to his legal career, he worked as an accountant and financial and healthcare management consultant.

- Representation of two companies in public offerings aggregating over $110 million.
- Representation of a public waste company in financings and acquisitions in excess of $15 million.
