Sarra is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Intellectual Property groups. Sarra focuses her practice on representing public and private companies.

Sarra earned her J.D. from the University of California, Davis, in 2006. While a student, Sarra served as an Articles Editor for the UC Davis Law Review and as a Brief’s Editor for the 2004-2005 Jessup International Moot Court team. In 2004, Sarra worked as a law clerk for the State Bar of California Division of Enforcement.

Prior to joining the firm, Sarra worked as an associate at a large Silicon Valley law firm as a member of the emerging companies and business group. In this capacity, she represented investors and emerging companies in numerous venture capital financings, prepared public company reporting documents, assisted private and public companies with general corporate matters and maintenance, and assisted a biopharmaceutical company through the initial public offering process.

In her free time, Sarra enjoys skiing, soccer and traveling. Sarra speaks Spanish and Portuguese and has studied abroad in Spain and Brazil.
