Taylor is an associate in the firm’s Corporate group. His practice focuses on the representation of both public and private companies, including corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships. Taylor’s experience includes working with companies of all sizes, from new business start-ups to publically traded companies and new investment funds to closed investment funds. He regularly represents businesses with regard to licensing, distribution and other contracting matters. He has represented companies in regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate financings, fund formation and a broad array of other business transactions.

Taylor earned his J.D. from Columbia Law School. While a student, Taylor served on the Columbia Business Law Review. During law school, Taylor was an extern to the Honorable Judge Naomi Buchwald for the U.S. District Court, SDNY. He also interned for the Networks and Technology Enforcement Section of the Antitrust Division at the Department of Justice in Washington D.C.

Prior to joining the firm, Taylor worked at the New York office of a large international law firm. In his spare time, Taylor enjoys theater, traveling and running.
