Morning Session:
· Mock Sexual Harassment Trial Put on By Well-Known Sacramento Employment Lawyers and Volunteer “Actors.”
· Hosted Lunch Where Jurors Will Have the Opportunity to Deliberate.
· Rendering of the Jury’s Verdict.
Afternoon Session:
· Experienced Employment Lawyers Will Discuss Two Important Topics:
1. The Importance of Effective Policies and Proper Training to Avoid Harassment in the Workplace; and
2. Best Practices for Conducting and Documenting Workplace Investigations.
Cost: $170 members, $200 non-members.
