The California Occupational Safety and Health Act (Cal/OSHA) was enacted to protect California workers from unsafe working conditions. The Act created a complex set of state and federal laws which can be difficult to understand. Employers often fail to comply with provisions of Cal/OSHA simply because they are unaware that the law applies to them, or they fail to understand some nuance or technicality of these complex statutes. This short seminar is designed to remove some of the mystery from Cal/OSHA and to assist you in managing your business’ compliance with these laws.
