New Associate Anthony Daye

ANTHONY B. DAYE JOINS WEINTRAUB GENSHLEA CHEDIAK

SACRAMENTO, Calif., January 24, 2008 – The Sacramento law firm of Weintraub Genshlea Chediak announces that Anthony B. Daye has joined the firm as an associate attorney. Anthony practices in the firm’s Labor and Employment and Disputes, Trials and Appeals practice groups. His practice focuses on advising clients with employment issues, wage and hour disputes and non-compete/trade secrets issues.

Anthony earned his law degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2007 and his bachelor of arts degree from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles in 2003. While in law school, he interned at the University of San Francisco School of Law Mediation Clinic. He represented clients in mediations and hearings before the EEOC and the California Labor Board. Anthony also worked as a law clerk for a labor and employment law firm conducting research and preparing briefs regarding employment discrimination and wage and hour disputes.

Anthony is a member of the State Bar of California, Barristers Club and the Trojan Football Alumni Club. In his free time, he enjoys rooting for his alma mater’s football team; as he was a member of the 2002 Pac-10 Championship team which was victorious in the 2003 FedEx Orange Bowl.
