JAMAY LEE JOINS WEINTRAUB GENSHLEA CHEDIAK
SACRAMENTO, Calif., November 16, 2007 – The Sacramento law firm of Weintraub Genshlea Chediak, a business law and business litigation firm, announces that Jamay Lee has joined the firm as an associate attorney. Jamay practices in the firm’s Estate Planning, Tax and Fiduciary Abuse practice group. Her practice focuses on estate and tax planning for individuals and families including family trusts, wills, powers of attorney and health care documents. She also assists clients with estate and trust administration.
Jamay earned her law degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2005 and her bachelor of arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2001. While in law school, she worked for a law firm specializing in Social Security law where she successfully assisted claimants in obtaining Title II and Title XVI benefits under the Social Security Act.
Prior to joining the firm, Jamay practiced law at an estate planning and administration firm in Sacramento where she handled all aspects of estate planning and trust administration. Jamay is a member of the State Bar of California.
