SARRA L. ZIARI JOINS WEINTRAUB GENSHLEA CHEDIAK

SACRAMENTO, Calif., June 5, 2008 – The Sacramento law firm of Weintraub Genshlea Chediak, a business law and business litigation firm announces that Sarra L. Ziari has joined the firm as an associate attorney. Sarra practices in the firm’s Corporate and Intellectual Property practice groups. Her practice focuses on representing public and private companies with business transactions.

Sarra earned her law degree from the University of California, Davis, School of Law in 2006 and her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, San Diego in 2001. While in law school, she served as an Articles Editor for the UC Davis Law Review and as a Brief’s Editor for 2004-2005 Jessup International Moot Court team.

Prior to joining the firm, Sarra worked as an associate attorney at a large Silicon Valley law firm as a member of the emerging companies and business group. In this capacity, she represented investors and emerging companies in numerous venture capital financing, prepared public company reporting documents and assisted clients with general corporate matters and maintenance. Sarra is a member of the State Bar of California.
