ZACHARY J. WADLÉ JOINS WEINTRAUB GENSHLEA CHEDIAK

SACRAMENTO, Calif., August 25, 2008 – The Sacramento law firm of Weintraub Genshlea Chediak, a business law and business litigation firm announces that Zachary J. Wadlé has joined the firm as an associate attorney. Zachary practices in the firm’s Litigation and Intellectual Property practice groups focusing on business litigation and intellectual property litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Zachary worked as an associate attorney at law firms in Reno, Nevada and Los Angeles focusing his practice on commercial litigation. In this capacity, he represented clients in a variety of litigation matters in the area of breach of contract, business torts, and misappropriation of trade secrets, unfair competition, products liability and real estate disputes.

Zachary earned his law degree from the University of California, Davis, School of Law in 2003 and his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles in 2000. Zachary is a member of the State Bar of California, State Bar of Nevada and the Sacramento County Bar Association.
