Experience

Anna Michnicka is Of Counsel in the firm’s Trusts and Estates practice group. Anna specializes in estate planning, gift and estate tax strategies, trust and probate administrations, and sophisticated entity and real estate transactions. Anna’s practice encompasses all aspects of trusts and estates practice, including the drafting of comprehensive estate plans (wills, revocable living trusts and irrevocable trust instruments), and assisting clients with the administration and collection of decedents’ estates. Anna provides highly tailored estate plans, taking into account her clients’ personal goals and objectives as well as available tax planning strategies.

Anna also has experience representing fiduciaries in complex trust and estate administration matters, including probate of wills and intestate estates, trust administration, trustee and executor removal and surcharge litigation, will and trust contests, objections to accountings, and resolution of beneficiary and fiduciary disputes. Anna counsels clients on a broad range of fiduciary issues.

Anna has been designated by the State Bar of California as a certified specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law. Anna earned her J.D. from Seattle University School of Law, and her LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Washington School of Law.
