Daniel Kim is an associate in the firm’s Trusts & Estates practice group. His practice focuses on all aspects of Trust and Estate litigation including fiduciary abuse, elder financial abuse, contested trust administrations, probate, and contested conservatorships.

Prior to joining Weintraub Tobin, Daniel was an associate at a global law firm and has an extensive background in complex civil litigation. Daniel received his law degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where he was on the editorial board for the McGeorge Law Review as its Chief Symposium Editor. During law school, Daniel also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable John A. Mendez, Federal Court Judge in the Eastern District of California. Daniel received his Bachelors of Arts degree from the University of Chicago. He is admitted to practice before California state courts and all U.S. District Courts in California.
