Zac is a member of Weintraub Tobin’s Litigation practice group. He is a Martindale-Hubbell AV-rated attorney and, for more than 30 years, has conducted jury trials, bench trials and arbitration hearings in a broad range of cases and in a variety of settings. He has extensive experience in business litigation generally and in representation of professionals and fiduciaries including architects, engineers, real estate brokers, trustees and attorneys. In addition, Zac has represented institutional and private lenders, developers, contractors, retailers, manufacturers and corporate employers.

Zac serves as a judge pro tem, arbitrator and mediator for the Placer County Superior and Municipal Courts, the Nevada County Superior Court, the El Dorado County Superior Court and the American Arbitration Association. Prior to Zac’s legal work he was carpenter for a residential home builder in the Santa Clara Valley and an English teacher at Head- Royce School in Oakland, California.
