The Sacramento law firm of Weintraub Tobin says it has restructured its management team.
Michael Kvarme from the firm’s Sacramento office at 400 Capitol Mall and Sherry Bragg from the Newport Beach office will serve as co-managing shareholders, with Kvarme focusing on strategy, growth and finance, and Bragg on practice management, operations and administration.
Kvarme and Bragg will be assisted by the firm’s management committee, representing all offices and operation sectors.
In a statement, Kvarme said the firm continues to seek additions and practice groups, “particularly in complex litigation, corporate, real estate, labor and employment, and trusts, estate and probate.”
Kvarme, the firm’s longtime managing shareholder, concentrates on transactional real estate, finance and business planning. Bragg, previously managing partner of Orange County-based Waldron & Bragg, which merged with Weintraub Tobin in January 2014, represents both plaintiffs and defendants in business disputes.
The Weintraub Tobin Law Corp. has offices in Sacramento, San Francisco, Beverly Hills, Newport Beach and San Diego.
