Mary K. deLeo is a member of the Trusts and Estates group in the firm’s Sacramento office. She focuses on trust and estate litigation, estate planning, trust and estate administration, conservatorships, fiduciary representation, special needs trust planning and administration, planning for incapacity, Medi-Cal planning, and elder law. deLeo is a past chair of the Estate and Gift Tax Committee of the Taxation Section of the California State Bar and currently serves as a volunteer member of the Incapacity Committee, Trusts and Estates Administration Committee, and Ethics Committee of the Trusts and Estates Section of the California State Bar. She is also vice-chair of the Probate and Estate Planning Section of the Sacramento County Bar Association and a member of the Trusts and Estates and Taxation Sections of the California State Bar, the Sacramento County Bar Association, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and the Sacramento Estate Planning Council.

Jessica Marlow is a member of the Entertainment practice in the firm’s Beverly Hills office. She has extensive experience representing actors, writers, directors, producers, social media influencers and international financiers in connection with film, television, digital media and endorsement transactions. Marlow is responsible for negotiating, drafting and consummating motion picture, television, digital media, commercial endorsement and underlying rights agreements with major studios, networks, alternative media outlets, production companies and endorsement labels. She has been recognized as a Southern California Rising Star and listed as a Top Woman Attorney in Southern California by Super Lawyers.

Jeffrey Pietsch, a resident in the firm’s San Francisco office, is a member of the firm’s Corporate and Intellectual Property groups. He represents clients in all aspects of corporate and securities law, corporate governance, venture capital and finance, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property matters. Pietsch works with a broad range of clients from non-profits to start-ups to publicly traded companies. He regularly advises public companies regarding initial and secondary offerings under the Securities Act of 1933 and the preparation and filing of reports under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Pietsch has been listed as a Northern California Rising Star each year since 2011 by Super Lawyers.
