On December 7th, 2022, the Intellectual Property and Business Law sections of the Sacramento County Bar Association (SCBA) will host a webinar discussing Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) Contracts. Weintraub shareholder Josh Escovedo will serve as the event’s presenter and will cover IP concerns that companies may encounter when entering NIL agreements with student-athletes.

This Webinar will qualify for 1.0 participatory credit in the general law category.
