Experience

Blair is an associate in the Firm’s Litigation practice group, where she focuses her practice on complex business litigation and employment-related litigation.

She has represented a wide variety of clients in both state and federal courts.  She has litigated matters through trial and is a zealous advocate for her clients.  Blair handles a range of matters for her clients including representing employers facing allegations of discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and harassment.

Blair graduated from University of San Francisco School of Law in 2017, where she was a Dean’s Scholar and served as a staff member on the USF Law Review. During law school, Blair worked as a law clerk at a Bay Area firm with an emphasis on wage and hour class actions.  In addition, she interned at the Santa Cruz County District Attorney’s office.  In 2013, Blair graduated from the University of San Francisco where she studied communications and played on the women’s tennis team. Before joining Weintraub Tobin, Blair focused her practice on consumer class actions and was part of a trial team that won a $267 million verdict in favor of her client.
