Carolyn is an associate in the firm’s Litigation practice group. She has experience assisting clients with a wide range of commercial litigation matters including those involving contract, construction, real estate, public-private partnerships, class actions, and business disputes.
Carolyn received her J.D. from UCLA School of Law. While there, she co-authored Devil In The Details: Bail Bond Contracts In California, an analysis of bail bond industry practices and their effects on California’s criminally accused. She also worked as a volunteer for InsideOUT Writers, an organization that teaches creative writing and offers re-entry support to incarcerated youth in California.
Before law school, Carolyn served as Attorney General Kamala Harris’s Scheduler at the California Department of Justice in San Francisco. She graduated from Chico State with a B.A. in Political Science with a focus in Legal Studies. She won Chico State’s annual Moot Court Competition in 2013.
In her free time, Carolyn enjoys spoiling her terrier, cheering for the San Francisco Giants, and trying to choose her favorite California winery.
