Experience

Daniel Kim is a Senior Attorney in Weintraub Tobin’s Trusts and Estates Litigation practice group. His practice focuses on all aspects of Trusts and Estates litigation including fiduciary abuse, elder financial abuse, contested trust administrations, probate, and contested conservatorships. With experience as a complex civil litigator, Daniel applies his litigation expertise in highly contentious and complicated trust and estate disputes to help direct the matters towards resolution, where possible, or successful trials and appeals. Daniel is based out of the firm’s Sacramento office and serves clients throughout the state of California.

Daniel received his law degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where he served on the editorial board for the McGeorge Law Review. During law school, Daniel also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable John A. Mendez, Federal Court Judge in the Eastern District of California. Daniel received his Bachelors of Arts degree from the University of Chicago. He is admitted to practice before California state courts and all U.S. District Courts in California.
