Wendy Morodomi is Of Counsel in the firm’s Trusts and Estates practice group. Her practice focuses on comprehensive estate planning, trust and probate administrations, gift and estate tax planning, and business organization and succession planning. Wendy also counsels clients on a broad range of fiduciary issues. Wendy has experience representing fiduciaries and beneficiaries in complex trust and estate administration matters, including trustee and executor removal and surcharge litigation, will and trust contests, and objections to accountings.
Wendy is licensed to practice in California and Michigan. She has been designated by the State Bar of California as a certified specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law. Wendy earned her J.D. from University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and her LL.M. in Taxation with honors from Golden Gate University.
In addition, Wendy has been a featured speaker at continuing education seminars on a variety of estate planning and tax topics. Wendy has also written on estate planning and tax in the Central Valley Business Journal. She authored “Your end of year tax, financial checklist” December 2016 issue; and co-authored, “Estate planning with individual retirement accounts” November 2017 issue.
In her spare time, Wendy enjoys painting, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
