Aman’s sophisticated tax practice covers a wide spectrum of business transactions, including corporate reorganizations, Opportunity Zone projects, real estate development, executive compensation, and cross-border transactions. His clients range from early-stage startups to global conglomerates, as well as high-net-worth individuals. Aman regularly serves clients in the growing industries of real estate, technology, hospitality, investment/finance, and entertainment.

Aman earned his B.A. in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Washington. He received his Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and his L.L.M in Taxation from the New York University School of Law.
In addition to his legal practice, Aman has taught Taxation of Business Organizations as an Adjunct Professor at the Thomas Jefferson School of Law.
