Lizbeth (Beth) West was recently interviewed about the impact of California Assembly Bill (AB) 5 on California businesses and workers. AB 5 went into effect on January 1, 2020 and has caused many companies, in many industries, to scramble to determine how, and if, they will change their business model to comply with the new law.
