Real Estate Attorney Alison E. Geddes Joins Weintraub Tobin

Weintraub Tobin is pleased to announce that Alison E. Geddes has joined the firm as a shareholder in the Real Estate group. She will be based in Weintraub’s Sacramento office.
Alison’s practice includes representing property owners in negotiating and drafting commercial lease documents, including leases, amendments, assignments, and termination agreements, as well as in all aspects of lease enforcement. She understands the business of commercial property ownership and management and works with clients to achieve results consistent with their business objectives in both drafting and enforcing commercial leases.
Alison is active in Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Sacramento, where she has served as past president and is a current board member.

Alison has been named to Sacramento Magazine’s Top Lawyers List, Sacramento Business Journal’s Best of the Bar, and the Northern California Super Lawyer’s list. She holds her JD from Pepperdine University School of Law.
