Weintraub Tobin Elevates Two Attorneys to Shareholder

Weintraub is pleased to announce that Carlena L. Tapella and Shaun Gordon have been elected shareholders in the Firm.
Carlena Tapella chairs the Trusts and Estates practice group, where her practice encompasses all areas of trust, estate, and conservatorship litigation and administration. She represents clients in litigation including seeking and defending fiduciary removal, pursuing claims of elder abuse, and challenging and defending the validity of wills and trusts. Carlena assists clients with trusts and estates administration, as well as with establishing conservatorships and advising on their proper administration. She is a member of the Trusts and Estates Executive Committee of the California Lawyers Association, where she serves as Chair of the Incapacity Committee. Carlena is a frequent presenter on trusts and estates topics and contributes regularly to the Trusts and Estates Law Blog.
Shaun Gordon is a member of the Firm’s Entertainment and Media practice group, where his practice focuses on transactional entertainment deals in film, television, podcasts, and new media. Shaun has developed unique expertise in podcast dealmaking, and in 2021, he was named to Variety’s Legal Impact Report.
