Weintraub Tobin Shareholder, Matthew Sugarman is excited to announce DMG Entertainment’s acquisition of the licensing rights to Cosmere from science fiction writer Brandon Sanderson. Matt, a Los Angeles-based attorney in the firm’s entertainment department, represents Sanderson. The deal, which was announced on Variety, has been coined as “one of the largest literary deals of the year”. With over 10 million copies sold, the Cosmere universe will be a must-see.
