Adam has a proven track record of fighting on behalf of clients in state court and in hearings before California administrative agencies. At Weintraub Tobin, Adam handles a wide range of matters for his clients including real estate litigation, partnership dissolutions, and intellectual property disputes. In his real estate practice, Adam has assisted clients in matters of commercial unlawful detainer, partition actions, and inverse condemnation.
Adam received his J.D. from U.C. Davis School of Law in 2015, where he competed in Moot Court and represented clients in the Aoki Federal Defense Clinic. In 2011, he earned a B.A. in History (with honors) from U.C. Berkeley and later trained as a scientific diver for the excavation of shipwrecks. Prior to joining the Public Defender’s Office, Adam’s experience included licensing defense, public policy advocacy, and the complex world of California natural resource law.
