Weintraub Tobin Welcomes Brianna S. Nielsen
Weintraub is pleased to welcome Brianna S. Nielsen as an associate in the Firm’s Litigation practice group. Her practice focuses on business and real estate litigation.
Brianna is an associate in the Firm’s Litigation practice group.
Brianna brings the strengths and experience she developed in her previous position as a civil litigator to her practice in business and real estate litigation.
Brianna earned her J.D. with Distinction from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. While in law school, Brianna served as an editor for Law Review and was a treasurer of the Alternative Dispute Resolution club and member of the Business Law Society. While at McGeorge, she also received a certification in mediation.
Brianna’s experience is well-rounded from her legal internship at the University of Parma in Italy. While in Parma, Brianna focused on criminal extradition and presented legal research to a panel of international lawyers. Brianna externed for a Fortune 500 company, where she focused on telehealth and tax regulations. During her last semester of law school, she participated in the McGeorge bankruptcy clinic and helped her clients receive bankruptcy discharges. Prior to her work as a lawyer, Brianna was an auctioneer of real property and worked in a law office that focused on bankruptcy.
Outside of work, Brianna is an ancient history buff and loves spending time outdoors. You can find her skiing, working on her pilot’s license, or hiking with her dogs.
