Josh Concepcion is an associate in the Firm’s Corporate practice group.

He previously joined Weintraub Tobin as a summer associate while completing his degree at UC Davis School of Law at King Hall. During law school, he served as a Senior Symposium Editor for the UC Davis Law Review, Public Relations Chair of the UC Davis Moot Court Honors Board, Vice President of the Entertainment and Sports Law Society, and Co-Chair of the Filipino Law Students Association. He also represented King Hall on the Council of Student Affairs and Fees, where he analyzed and voted on proposed student tuition budgets, and was a member of the Schwartz/Levi Inn of Court. In 2022, Josh was honored as a Diversity Fellow with the Sacramento County Bar Association.

Josh received his B.A. in Theater from UCLA, where he focused in playwriting. A play he read during his studies inspired him to pursue a career in law—an experience that sparked his passion for serving his community and advocating for others. He brings that same devotion to service and commitment to his law practice, aiming to provide invaluable support to his clients.

Outside of his professional practice, Josh enjoys exploring California’s natural landscapes, discovering new cuisines, and writing and producing music.
