Weintraub Tobin is pleased to welcome Joshua James Moon as an associate in the Firm’s Trusts & Estates practice group.
Joshua James Moon is an associate in the Firm’s Trusts & Estates practice group.
Before joining Weintraub, Joshua worked for a prominent long-standing law firm outside of the Sacramento area where he drafted estate planning documents, advised executors and trustees on probate and trust administration, defended trustees in litigation, and represented beneficiaries of trusts in bringing actions against trustees who were performing their duties in bad faith.
Joshua serves as a strong advocate for his clients, but with an understanding of the underlying familial relationships that are present in trust and estate litigation, also attempts to find common ground.
In Joshua’s free time you can find him at the gym, doing some sort of outdoors activity, or sampling some brews from some of the great micro-breweries located in the greater Sacramento area.
