Kavan Jeppson is an associate in the Firm’s Litigation practice group, where he focuses his practice on business and entertainment litigation.
Kavan has experience in all phases of litigation, including fact investigation, discovery, motion practice, and trial. Kavan’s litigation experience has included cases involving breach of contract, franchisor/franchisee disputes, intellectual property disputes, real estate disputes, and partnership dissolutions and accountings.
Kavan earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from the University of Nevada before earning his J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law. Outside of the office, Kavan enjoys spending time outdoors with his friends and family, and skiing Lake Tahoe in the winter.
