Gary Bradus in The Business Journals: 10 Key Strategies to Help B2C Businesses Maintain Consumer Trust

In a November 30th article, The Business Journals asked 10 members of the Business Journals Leadership Trust to share ways that companies can keep and improve consumer trust.

According to Weintraub shareholder Gary Bradus, one way to do this is by keeping communication with clients both open and timely.

“It’s easy to deliver good news to a client or customer, but you also need to deliver bad news as well. Be open and honest, and don’t delay in communicating bad news. Time passing will not make the news any better.”
