Who is a Successful Weintraub Tobin Summer Associate?

Weintraub Tobin looks for second-year (2L) law students who have demonstrated academic excellence, as well as involvement in law school activities such as, but not limited to: journal contributions, externships, volunteer work, moot court, and other competition teams.  We strive to hire talented individuals who demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, initiative, and creativity.  We apply these same standards when recruiting and hiring Summer Associates. We want well-rounded professionals to join our firm.  Our Summer Associates are engaged academically and in their community.   They are eager to learn and demonstrate their eagerness through critical inquiry and independent thought.  They are not afraid to ask questions and seek feedback.  They embrace every opportunity to get to know the diverse individuals who make up our Firm and tackle each assignment with curiosity and tenacity.
