WT Deals: Treefort Media to Produce Podcast, ‘Big Envelopes’ for Audible

Weintraub client Treefort Media will produce a satirical podcast for Audible about the college admissions industry called Big Envelopes. The 6-part series was created by Aaron and Will Eisenberg, who will also serve as executive producers. Abbi Jacobson from A League of Their Own, Whitney Peak from Gossip Girl, Susie Essman from Curb Your Enthusiasm, Judy Greer from Archer, Timothy Simons from Veep, Aaron Taylor Jennings from Grand Crew, and The Sklar Brothers from Dumb People Town will star in the comedy series.
The podcast is meant to highlight the role that money and connections hold in the college admissions landscape.
Treefort Media is represented by Weintraub Shareholder Shaun Gordon.
