Alison Geddes Joins the Board of Directors for BOMA Sacramento

Weintraub Tobin is pleased to announce that Alison E. Geddes has been appointed to the 2024 Board of Directors for Building Owners & Managers Association of Sacramento and the Central Valley (BOMA Sacramento). She will serve as Chair of the Government Affairs Committee.
Alison is a shareholder at Weintraub Tobin and member of the Real Estate practice group. She helps her clients to achieve results consistent with their business objectives in both drafting and enforcing commercial leases, including negotiating and drafting commercial lease documents, analysis of lease compliance, the preparation and service of default notices to tenants, unlawful detainer litigation, breach of lease litigation, judgment enforcement, CAM disputes, and issues pertaining to abandonment of leased property and tenants’ personal property.
Alison is past President of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Sacramento and continues to serve on committees for CREW and other CRE organizations in the area. She is a frequent panelist and speaker on leasing, lease enforcement, and property management issues, and provides seminars for clients on specific leasing and property management issues.
BOMA Sacramento is the region’s leading advocate for building owners and managers, as well as the leading provider of professional development opportunities, networking events and philanthropic efforts. It was founded in 1984 to actively promote and serve commercial real estate professionals in the Sacramento area. Weintraub shareholder David W. Creeggan previously served on the BOMA Board.
