Jeanne Vance Presents at the 2024 AHLA Institute on Medicare and Medicaid Payment Issues

Weintraub shareholder Jeanne L. Vance presented at the American Health Law Association (AHLA) 2024 Institute on Medicare and Medicaid Payment Issues.
The presentation, titled “Updates from CMS’ Quality, Safety and Oversight Group: Hospital Co-Location and Other Compliance Updates,” provided updated compliance tools and resources from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), updates on co-locations for hospitals, facility survey considerations, and case studies of common co-location scenarios under the new guidance.
Jeanne currently serves as the Chair of the AHLA Regulation, Accreditation and Payment Practice Group. She will present alongside the Director for Quality, Safety & Oversight Group, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, David Wright. They presented in two sessions throughout the conference, the first on Wednesday, March 20th with a repeat session on Thursday, March 21st.
