Jo Dale Carothers Selected to 2024 San Diego Super Lawyers List

Weintraub Tobin is pleased to announce that Jo Dale Carothers, Ph.D., has been selected to the 2024 San Diego Super Lawyers© list. Each year, no more than five percent of lawyers in the state are selected to receive this honor by the research team at Super Lawyers. This is the 11th year that Jo Dale has been included on the San Diego list.
Jo Dale Carothers is a shareholder and chair of the Firm’s Intellectual Property Group. An IP litigator and registered patent attorney, her practice emphasizes intellectual property litigation, licensing, contract disputes, and issues related to proceedings before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (UPSPTO). Jo Dale assists clients in matters relating to trade secrets, trademarks, and copyrights. She has represented companies in litigation in numerous federal district courts and state courts across the country, the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, and in Section 337 investigations in the United States international Trade Commission (ITC). Jo Dale is an in-demand speaker and panelist on IP topics and a frequent contributor to the Intellectual Property Law Blog. Her “Prior Practice” work with JPL on the Mars Pathfinder was featured in San Diego Super Lawyers Magazine.
