Dave Creeggan Named 2024 ACRE Sacramento Board President

Weintraub Tobin is pleased to announce that David W. Creeggan has been elected President of the ACRE Sacramento 2024 Board of Directors.

Dave is a Shareholder at Weintraub Tobin and member of the Firm’s Real Estate practice group, where he assists a wide range of clients, from family-owned businesses to publicly traded companies, with their commercial real estate needs, including acquisitions, dispositions, tax-deferred exchanges, development, title, financing, and sale-leaseback transactions, as well as commercial leasing for office, retail, industrial, and agricultural properties.

Dave regularly advises clients on complex real estate matters throughout the state and is a frequent panelist and lecturer at seminars on the topics of purchase and sale agreements, commercial leasing, lease interpretation, duties and obligations of commercial brokers, lease enforcement, and emerging trends in commercial real estate. He is regularly recognized by his peers for his work, including being named to Northern California Super Lawyers, The Best Lawyers in America, and Sacramento’s Top Lawyers lists. He has an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell.

Dave stays active in the wider Sacramento community as well as in its commercial real estate community, with continuing service on the board of BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) and as a longtime board member for Make-A-Wish Northeastern & Central California and Northern Nevada.

The Association of Commercial Real Estate (ACRE) is a non-profit, professional association formed to promote working relationships and professionalism within the Sacramento commercial real estate community. ACRE brings together commercial brokers, owners, developers and affiliated professionals for business networking events, educational presentations and discussion of industry developments. The Association hosts its annual Broker of the Year Awards (BOYA) this Thursday, May 9, 2024, recognizing top CRE brokers in the Greater Sacramento region and benefitting First Tee Greater Sacramento.
