WT Clients: Chase Palmer Joins Film Adaptation of Crime Thriller Novel, The Whisper Man

Weintraub client and writer Chase Palmer is working with Netflix, AGBO, and director James Ashcroft on a film adaptation of the crime thriller novel, The Whisper Man, by Alex North. Chase Palmer adapted the script.

Robert De Niro will star in the film, which follows a widow crime writer who, after his 8-year-old son is abducted, looks to his estranged father and retired police detective for help, only to discover a connection with the decades-old case of a convicted serial killer known as “The Whisper Man.”

Chase Palmer is represented by Weintraub shareholders Alan Grodin and Shaun Gordon.
