Weintraub Tobin Welcomes Talia L. Delanoy

Weintraub Tobin is honored to welcome Talia L. Delanoy as a shareholder to the Firm, practicing in the Firm’s Labor & Employment group with a base in Sacramento.

Talia is a seasoned litigator and counselor who defends employers against a variety of claims including wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, breach of contract, and wage and hour violations. She has experience representing small independent businesses, Fortune 500 companies and non-profits, and practices in both state and federal courts and before administrative entities.

When she is not litigating, Talia helps keep her clients out of the courtroom by advising on regulatory compliance and best practices with progressive discipline, termination and wage and hour issues. She also helps craft employee policies and navigate the complex issues employers face when managing disability leaves and accommodations.

With a strong reputation in the community amongst local lawyers, mediators and judges, Talia stays active as a member of Women Lawyers of Sacramento and the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California. She dedicates her time and efforts to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Sacramento, having served as Chairperson (2023-2024) and Secretary (2018-2023) of the Board.

“We are thrilled to welcome Talia to our group,” said Labor & Employment Practice Chair Shauna Correia. “Her exceptional level of expertise, commitment to client service, and proven track record of success make her a tremendous addition as we continue to grow and strengthen our employment litigation and counseling practices.”
