Ruby Bitzer and Devinn Martin Elected to Board of the SCBA Real Property Section

Weintraub attorneys Ruby Bitzer and Devinn Martin have been named to the board of the Sacramento County Bar Association’s (SCBA) Real Property Section. Ruby will serve as the section President / Chair, while Devinn will serve as the section Treasurer.
Ruby is an associate in the Firm’s Real Estate and Litigation practice groups. With a decade of experience in law firms, Ruby has developed a wealth of knowledge and experience to serve her clients in litigation matters, formations, and disputes. She brings experience in real estate disputes such as partitions, title disputes, post-judgment divorce property complications, and much more.
Devinn is an associate in the Firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. She represents her clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, and other development-related documents, as well as handling closings and conducting title review.
