Four Weintraub Attorneys Recognized in Top 100 Northern California Super Lawyers List for 2025

Weintraub Tobin is pleased to announce that four attorneys have been recognized in the Northern California Super Lawyers Top 100 list for 2025. The attorneys recognized include Gary L. Bradus, David W. Creeggan, Louis A. Gonzalez, Jr. , and Charles L. Post. The Top 100 are alphabetical listings of the attorneys who ranked top of the list in the 2025 Northern California Super Lawyers nomination, research, and Blue-Ribbon review process.
Gary Bradus is the managing shareholder of the Firm and a shareholder in the Firm’s Corporate practice group. He represents businesses from formation through all stages of operation, assisting clients in many areas, including employment, shareholder and director rights and duties, corporate governance, and other internal issues. He also represents clients in connection with purchases and sales of businesses, emphasizing mergers and acquisitions and asset sales and stock purchases, and sales across all industries. He also represents both lenders and borrowers in secured lending transactions.
Dave Creeggan is a shareholder and Chair of the Firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. His practice includes a broad spectrum of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing, tax-deferred exchanges, build-to-suit, ground leasing, leasing for office, retail, industrial and agricultural properties, sale-leaseback transactions, title matters, easements and asset management. His clients range from family-owned businesses to publicly traded companies, and include commercial property owners, investors, developers, asset managers, brokers, and others.
Louis Gonzalez is a shareholder and senior trial attorney in the Firm’s Litigation practice group. Louis has tried over thirty jury trials to verdict and numerous court trials and binding arbitrations to judgment. He joined the Firm in 1993 and has represented clients in a wide array of business and real estate disputes. Louis represents commercial developers, home builders, landowners, and lenders in a wide range of real estate disputes.
Louis has been repeatedly elected to the Firm’s Managing Board, where he currently serves, and has also served as the Litigation Group Chair.
Charles “Chuck” Post was a shareholder in the Firm’s Labor & Employment and Litigation practice groups. Chuck practiced and litigated on behalf of employers in Labor & Employment, trade secrets and employee mobility, and wage and hour class actions. He retired before the publication of the 2025 Northern California Super Lawyers list.
