WT Deals: Matt Kindt and Oni Press Announce Major Publishing and Media Partnership

Weintraub client Matt Kindt, creator of Mind MGMT and Dept. H, has signed a major publishing and media partnership with Oni Press to expand his Flux House imprint. The deal includes new comic releases and the development of more than 20 Flux House properties across film, television, animation, gaming, and more.
The partnership launches in 2026 with two new titles — Mind MGMT: New and Improved and Fort Psycho — marking an exciting new chapter for Kindt and Oni.
Kindt is represented by Weintraub Tobin shareholder Matt Sugarman and senior attorney Bunnie Poullard.
