Jessica Robison Elected to BIA’s Associates Council Board

Weintraub Tobin is pleased to announce Jessica A. Robison, shareholder in the firm’s Litigation and Construction practice groups, has been elected to the Associates Council for the North State Building Industry Association (BIA).
With over two decades of experience representing developers, owners, general contractors, design professionals, and subcontractors in complex construction and real estate litigation, Jessica focuses her practice on construction defect claims, delay claims, breach of contract disputes, mechanic’s liens actions, and defense of ADA claims.
Through the Associates Council, Jessica will support North State BIA’s efforts to strengthen collaboration, education, and engagement among member companies and industry professionals.
