Attorneys Lukas Clary, Shauna Correia, and John Slavik from Weintraub Tobin’s Labor and Employment Group walked attendees through the basics of the laws that apply to leaves of absence for non-pregnancy-related serious medical conditions and disabilities, as well as “kin care” and military leaves. The webinar wrapped up with real-life case studies, providing practical insights and best practices for compliance.

- Family medical leave under the FMLA and CFRA as applies to disability leave

Properly documenting and designating leaves of absence
Leave to care for family members and military caregiver leave
