Ruby Bitzer and Devinn Martin Celebrate One Year on the Board of the SCBA Real Property Section

Weintraub is proud to celebrate attorneys Ruby Bitzer and Devinn Martin on one year of service on the board of the Sacramento County Bar Association’s (SCBA) Real Property Section. Ruby serves as Chair of the Section, while Devinn serves as Treasurer. Both will continue serving in these leadership roles for the upcoming year.
Ruby is an associate in the Firm’s Real Estate and Litigation Practice Groups, with extensive experience representing clients in complex real estate and business disputes. Her practice includes commercial lease enforcement, partition actions, title and boundary disputes, business partnership disputes, post-judgment property matters, and related litigation, drawing on more than a decade of experience in law firms across both litigation and transactional roles.
Devinn is an associate in the Firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. She represents her clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, and other development-related documents, as well as handling closings and conducting title review.
