Bunnie Poullard Named to 2026 Super Lawyers Southern California Rising Stars List

Weintraub Tobin is pleased to announce that senior attorney Bunnie Poullard was named to the 2026 Super Lawyers® Southern California Rising Star list.
Bunnie Poullard is a senior attorney in the Firm’s Corporate and Entertainment practice groups, where she advises businesses, entrepreneurs, investors, and private equity funds on sophisticated transactional matters. Her practice includes mergers and acquisitions, financings, and joint ventures, and she regularly guides clients through the full business life cycle from entity formation and governance to venture capital financings and successful exits. Bunnie has substantial experience with limited liability companies, including negotiating operating agreements and advising on partner and investor admissions and departures. She also represents clients in the sports, media, and entertainment industries, negotiating celebrity endorsement agreements and structuring joint ventures that bring together brand, talent, and capital.
