WT Deals: Air Systems Service and Construction Secures New Headquarters

Air Systems Service and Construction has acquired 151 Blue Ravine Road in Folsom for $8.04 million. The 80,000-square-foot building, formerly occupied by VSP Vision, will serve as the company’s new headquarters.
The transaction enables Air Systems to expand from 35,000 to 80,000 square feet and consolidate its operations in one location as it relocates from Rancho Cordova.
Weintraub Tobin shareholder David Creeggan represented the buyer in the acquisition.
