Weintraub Tobin Welcomes Chief Operating Officer Kellie Narayan

Weintraub Tobin is pleased to welcome Kellie Narayan as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO). From her home base in Sacramento, Kellie will provide strategic leadership and oversight for firmwide operations, guiding cross-functional teams and key business functions to support organizational goals, operational excellence, and long-term growth.
As COO, Kellie will have day-to-day responsibility for all aspects of law firm operations and strategy, from business to risk management, information governance and technology, vendor relations, facilities and construction projects, human resources, insurance, employee relations, communication, and conflict resolution.
Kellie joins Weintraub Tobin with more than two decades of law firm management experience in the Northern California region. She served as Chief Operating Officer for a leading regional law firm in Sacramento for more than decade, and prior to that served as the Executive Director of a regional law firm in the Bay Area.
